North Dakota: a human and economic geography photograph collection [graphic]. 1950s.

The North Dakota : A Human and Economic Geography Photograph Collection includes all the images (with the exception of four from the first chapter) that were used in the publication of Melvin E. Kazeck's book North Dakota : A Human and Economic Geography in 1956 (call number Inst. F636 .K3). The book received many positive reviews and was one of the first geographies of a single state ever published. The original photographs were mostly acquired by the author and publisher from the Greater North Dakota Association, many of which were taken by William P. Sebens of North Dakota.
